Our Skilled workers are supplied in Squads of 4 (min) to over 100, with Chargehands for every 4-10 Tradesmen.

Our Workers are UK citizens or UK based Europeans who speak English, Are CSCS registered and work within the UK PAYE system. Every Newtown Operative has either completed or is working towards NVQ2. Many of our long-term operatives have obtained NVQ3. This has been achieved due to the success of our own Training Company where we train our workers on an OSAT programme using our own qualified Instructors and Assessors.

From our Office in Portugal, we have supplied the very best ceramic and stone tillers from Portugal & Spain. These Tradesmen are regarded as some of the finest in their trade renowned throughout the world. Whether you are looking for ceramic tiles for kitchens and bathrooms in new build housing, or are looking for expensive marble & granite to adorn the walls and floors of a high-spec Hotel foyer, we have the skills on tap to provide you with what you need.

Newtown will supply Squads of Tillers to prepare surfaces, screed and lay using concrete or fix using adhesive and will be able to work to Architectural plans and follow complicated design patterns or mosaics.

Newtown also have Terrazzo fixers from all over Europe to fix either in-situ Terrazzo or tiles.
External stone paving and sets, in marble & granite are a speciality of Portuguese Tillers.

Newtown have supplied skilled Stonemason's on some of the UK's most prestigious new build Projects along with the supply of key Restoration and Banker Masons for some of the UK's finest A-list buildings.

Whether you have a project that requires stone slips for cladding, a traditional build using Ashlar Blocks, or a stone dyke built from rubble, we have the skills from Eastern Europe & Portugal that have been lost in the UK skills market over the past 50 years.

Newtown have also supplied large quantities of Operatives to work in Pre-cast Factories using reconstituted stone and concrete.

Newtown Services specialise in Polish Builders with Facing Brick and Block skills. Bricklayers from Poland are all skilled in wall construction with common bricks, which are then covered in Plaster.

Newtownselect the most experienced Builders and give them training, in Poland, on UK methods of patterns and pointing techniques to get them up to spec for the demands of the UK Construction Market.

Newtown Bricklayers are then ready to commence all facing brick and block work to a high standard and at a competitive price to our Clients, which include Major National House Builders.

We will supply squads to suit our Clients needs, with a working Chargehand Builder and Hod carrier in every squad to work alongside the Bricklayers. If necessary, we can supply a Project Foreman to supervise the Building section of a Project.
